Comparative Study on Composite Square Honeycomb Structure of Aircraft Floor Panel

Honeycomb sandwich panels can reduce weight, and particular strength needs are crucial to the modern aerospace industry. The principal benefits of honeycomb include rigidity, stress absorption, fatigue resistance, resistance weather, chemicals, fire isolation. Today, choosing a design with cheap recyclable core material is common due mechanical acoustic requirements high weight target. Aeroplane wings, ships, cars, civil constructions, among other things, all utilize structures. These designs greatest approach getting little utilization. For optimal structural outcome, hexagonal square constructions will be analyzed compared in this study. Using CATIA software, panel was created. LS-DYNA software used perform analysis on intended model for four distinct materials, i.e. steel, copper, titanium, aluminum. Finally, simulation findings provided debated.
